The Fourward story began when Nate Kukla and Graham Lucard grew a single-location business into a successful company. After partnering with private equity, they expanded their vision by acquiring many companies, including those owned by Jennifer Pierce and Eric Detmer. Both of whom were owner/operators who had also built strong, high-performing companies.
Together, the team acquired and integrated additional businesses, building repeatable systems and driving growth. Their combined efforts culminated in a successful strategic exit, where they led management presentations for the sale.
